Gregg A. Woodall, CPA, CVA, CGMA
Gregg is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analysts and a Chartered Global Management Accountant having over 35 years of professional experience in providing financial and management advisory services to a variety of businesses and individuals. His experience covers a breadth of industries both in the private and public sectors. He has worked with businesses ranging in size from large national corporations with revenues in the billions of dollars to small local businesses having a few million dollars in revenues. These industries have included construction, real estate development, wholesalers and distributors, manufacturing, automobile dealerships, trucking, healthcare professionals, nonprofit organizations and those in the professional services sector such as doctors, engineers, health and safety, environmental and legal.
He also has many years of specialized experience as the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of a national safety, environmental, engineering and security services firm providing services to a variety of businesses and federal government agencies. This company began as a single office start-up and grew to be recognized by Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in America, ultimately being acquired in 2005 by Perot Systems Corp., NYSE: PER. This, coupled with his firm practice, represents over 22 years of serving the government contracting community.
Ben Woodall, CPA, MBA

Ben has a BBA degree in accounting and has a Master’s in Business Administration.
Ben has several years of professional experience serving clients providing auditing and accounting services at one of the Southeast’s largest CPA firms. His broad experience includes extensive work in a variety of industries; including employee benefit plans, government contractors, manufacturers, churches, automobile dealerships, local municipalities, non-profit organizations, and other small businesses. He has worked with businesses ranging in size from large national corporations with revenues in the billions of dollars to small local businesses having less than a million dollars in revenues.
He is skilled in the performance of financial statement audits, compilations, reviews, and accounting assistance engagements, including various agreed-upon procedures (AUP) work. He also has specialized experience in the audits of employee benefit plans and non-profit organizations.
Sherrye Woodall, AA in Accounting
Sherrye holds a degree in accounting and has been providing accounting and bookkeeping services to a variety of companies and non-profit organizations for over 36 years. She is experienced in QuickBooks and Peachtree. She has served as an office manager and head bookkeeper for several businesses from a startup company to an Inc. 500 firm as well as with CPA firms.
Tiffany Dresser, BBA, CDT
Client Services Specialist
Tiffany has a BBA degree in Business Management and is a Construction Documents Technologist. She began her business career in 2006 working with an international multi-billion dollar company. She then worked with a local engineering firm before joining our team. She has experience with marketing, project management, and accounting and has served in a variety of technical and administrative roles.

Patsy has been providing accounting and bookkeeping services to a variety of companies and non-profit organizations for over 35 years. She is experienced in Quickbooks, ACT database, & Microsoft Office programs. She worked as an office assistant in the medical field for 16 years and then served as an office manager and head bookkeeper for the past 20 years for both private business and non-profit organizations.
